Automatic Renewal Information

This page applies to automatically renewing subscriptions purchased through the ZenPoker website or an app. Check where you purchased your subscription: billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the original purchase channel. The subscription name, benefits, billing period, price, currency, discounts, and trial terms are those shown at checkout and in the payment confirmation.

ZenPoker's monthly membership on the website currently renews each month through Stripe. The website's one-time annual pass is paid for once and does not renew automatically. The App Store and Google Play sections below explain how to manage an automatically renewing subscription if you purchase one through that store; they do not mean that the same plans are currently available in every channel.

Renewal and billing

After you confirm an automatically renewing purchase, the subscription continues at the end of each selected billing period until you cancel. Check the purchase terms and payment channel for the renewal price and frequency, including the standard price after a discount or free trial. The exact charge time can vary by channel, region, and payment method; use the next renewal date shown by your purchase channel.

If a price or term changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable rules and the payment channel. Where your consent is required, follow that channel's confirmation process.

How to cancel

Cancel through the original purchase channel before the next renewal, and check there that the subscription shows as canceled or set not to renew. Stopping use, uninstalling the app, or turning off notifications does not cancel a subscription.

ZenPoker website (Stripe)

Sign in to the ZenPoker account used to purchase, open “Account,” then “Manage subscription” to cancel in the subscription portal.

Apple App Store

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select the ZenPoker subscription, and cancel. If you have a trial subscription and do not want it to become paid, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. See Apple's cancellation guide for the current instructions and applicable rules.

Google Play

Sign in to the Google account used to purchase, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select the ZenPoker subscription, and cancel. See Google Play's cancellation guide.

If you cannot find your subscription, check your receipt and the account used for the purchase. Apple and Google subscription settings cannot cancel a website subscription; the ZenPoker Stripe portal cannot cancel a store subscription.

Access after cancellation and refunds

Canceling stops automatic charges for future periods. Your remaining access, the effective cancellation date, and refund eligibility depend on the result shown by the purchase channel, applicable rules, and law. Canceling does not automatically refund a completed payment.

For App Store or Google Play purchases, contact the relevant platform about refunds. For website purchases, or help identifying the purchase channel or subscription status, contact support@zenpoker.ai. You may include your order number and purchase channel; do not send a full payment card number or password.
